Rimtec – Frank Preuss, relies on BRAWO® Tech rehabilitation trailers in Switzerland
Sep 09, 2020
The company Rimtec – Frank Preuss is a Swiss specialist dealer for sewer cleaning and rehabilitation technology. As part of a customer order, the company relies on an extensively equipped and fully upgraded rehabilitation trailer from BRAWO® Tech. The handover of the 3.5-tonne trailer took place in mid-June at the BRAWO® SYSTEMS site in Kaiserslautern.
The 3.5-tonne trailer with a length of 5m and an insulated sandwich box body was upgraded in a highly customised manner and adapted exactly to the customer’s wishes and requirements.
In order to create a neat appearance and to prevent damage, the interior was lined with stainless steel and the floor was fitted with non-slip aluminium fine-grained sheet metal. Self-sufficient working is possible due to a petrol-powered generator with a continuous output of 2.8 kVA. In addition, an air conditioning system with a fan distributor box was installed to ensure comfortable working conditions on the construction site even at high temperatures.
In order to be able to mix the required resin quickly, flexibly and safely on the construction sites, a resin mixing unit including accessories was planned and built into the trailer. With the impregnation system on the opposite side, liners up to DN 300 can be impregnated on site and then installed directly.
When it came to customising the 3.5-tonne trailer, particular importance was attached to providing as much space as possible for working: several drawers and shelf compartments provide the necessary storage space. Work safety on construction sites is increased by two LED spotlights that illuminate the outdoor area.
The trailer was fully loaded with various equipment, such as a large inversion drum, and on the day of collection was loaded together with four other pallets onto a truck to be transported to Rimtec – Frank Preuss in Switzerland and then on to the end customer.
“We are delighted with the great and reliable work of BRAWO® Tech. An individual solution has always been found for the wishes and requirements of our customer and the trailer was upgraded quickly and professionally. We are sure that the trailer will give our customer even more flexibility during its rehabilitation work,” Michael Müller from Rimtec – Frank Preuss is pleased to report.
BRAWO® Tech offers the optimal construction site and working environment for the BRAWOLINER® rehabilitation system with its individually constructed rehabilitation vehicles. This allows the rehabilitation of sewers and pipes in the nominal width range from DN 50 to DN 400 with a length of up to 100 m.
This can be carried out mobile and flexibly on site from the vehicle as well as in confined spaces. The equipment is fitted with the latest technology, including automated resin mixing and impregnation of the BRAWOLINER®, depending on the customer’s requirements.
BRAWO® SYSTEMS, the specialist for the rehabilitation of building, property and industrial drainage networks, has been building its own rehabilitation equipment for over 15 years as a system supplier and has since delivered over 100 rehabilitation vehicles to customers all over the world.
The BRAWO® Tech division comprises high-tech rehabilitation equipment and accessories for the installation of the BRAWOLINER. In addition, high-quality vehicle conversions are offered. These are not limited to one manufacturer or one model but are available for vehicles of all types and manufacturers. Thus, BRAWO® Tech easily responds to the individual needs and requirements of its customers.
