How long after registration and payment will I receive my Access Codes?
You should receive your access codes in 5-7 business days after registration and payment. If you have any issues accessing your account after this time please contact the customer support: firstname.lastname@example.org
What is your refund policy?
You can cancel your account within 14 days following subscription and payment and prior to any access to the UNITRACC portal. Please contact the customer support team directly to request a refund: email@example.com
No refunds will be issued once you have activated your acccount and accessed the UNITRACC portal.
How can I add the 5 users for the Teams Subscription plan?
Once you have registered your information and payment has been confirmed, you will be sent five access codes to your contact email address which can be redeemed by your employees after registration on UNITRACC.com. With these codes, you gain access to our didactic content including all technical books, lessons and virtual construction sites. Please be aware that each code can only be used once and loses its validity immediately after being redeemed. If you need to change access to the service, please contact the customer support team directly.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Please use the fuction 'Forgot password' in the login page and type in your username. Once you click "start password reset", the system will automatically send you an e-mail with a link to a page where you can enter a new password. If you do not receive this automated e-mail, then please check your spam folder or contact customer support.
